The President of the Kurdistan Region, through Rwanga Foundation, is assisting the victims of Friday's flood in Erbil and allocating some money to the victims.

The Rwanga Foundation announced on Friday that the donations have been provided by the President of the Region and will be distributed through the Ruanga Agency, as well as in coordination with the Governorate of Erbil and the Barzani Charity.

The cooperation also includes the allocation of 1 billion Iraqi dinars, which will be allocated for 3 needs. Which include: -

- Allocation of household goods and necessities

- Provide 3 meals a day for all the affected families

- Prompt assistance in cleaning and repairing damaged houses, buildings and roads caused by floods

A statement from Rwanga Foundation said, cooperation will begin on Saturday morning and will continue until the families are stabilized.
