The statement also confirmed that they want to review the procedures for issuing permits to Kirkuk International Airport.

The statement added that "the airport met all international standards and requirements in accordance with the airport licenses of the Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority."

The statement also stressed that the technical issues related to granting permission at the airport must be completed by the authorities.
