ERBIL — Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani said in an online message that the Kurdistan Region is making progress and it is stepping towards a better future.

Barzani made the remark in a message on the occasion of Eid al-Adha. He congratulated those who celebrate the Eid, the family of martyrs and Peshmerga forces.

“Thanks for the resistance and strength the people of Kurdistan showed. Kurdistan is stepping towards a brighter future,” Barzani wrote on his Twitter account.
