Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani met with Czech Republic’s Deputy Minister of Defense Jakub Landovsky in Salahaddin today.

The meeting focused on the campaign against ISIS terrorists and Czech Republic’s military aid to peshmerga forces. Mr. Jakub Landovsky reiterated his country’s commitment to continue the provision of military aid, including training of peshmerga forces, as part of the global coalition against Daesh. President Barzani thanked Czech Republic’s contributions to the KRG and the peshmerga forces.
