NASA is set to announce a “major” new discovery on Mars, reported to be liquid water on the red planet.

NASA scientists say the next puzzle is to find where this water actually come from, and if the streaks exist elsewhere. "They are 4-5 meters-wide and a couple football field-long, we need high-resolution images to see them".
