Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani strongly condemned the barbaric attack by ISIS terrorists on civilians in the Kurdish town of Kobane in Syria.

In a statement issued on following the attack, the President called on the international coalition to protect the people of Kobane. He also called on the KRG to offer any assistance to help the victims and the people of Kobane.
