Salahadin, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, (Krp.org)- President Masoud Barzani welcomed Ms. Jana Hybaskova, the ambassador of the European Union in Iraq. During the meeting President Barzani and Ambassador Hybaskova discussed the latest issues facing Iraq and the Kurdistan Region with emphasis on the latest terrorist development in Ramadi.

Ambassador Hybaskova also took the opportunity to reiterate the support of the European Union to the Kurdistan Region in its war against the terrorists of the Islamic State, adding that the representation's office in Erbil will continue to serve on the matter of cooperation between the European Union and the Kurdistan Region.
