Ansar al-Sunna and al- Naqshbandiya group declare war on ISIS in Diyala
The reason behind the clashes between the aforementioned terrorist groups is the kidnapping and murder of a number of members and the leaders of Ansar al-Sunna and al- Naqshbandiya group by the Islamic State.
