UN and International Community Monitor Election in Iraq and Kurdistan
International community and the United Nations are monitoring the 2014 Iraqi Parliament election on April 30, helping both Kurdistan and Iraq to have a free election in a peaceful atmosphere.



“Hundreds of media are covering the event while more than thousands of foreign monitors are monitoring the election” Dindar Zebari, assistant head of Kurdistan's Department of Foreign Relations said.



Parliamentary elections are held in Iraq and Kurdistan on 30 April 2014. The elections will decide the 328 members of the Council of Representatives who will in turn elect the Iraqi President and Prime Minister.
