Residents of Qabtan al-Jabal, an area some 16 km west of Aleppo, have said they have found a mass grave. The grave was discovered after the withdrawal of members of al-Qaeda linked Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).


Residents said that found several bodies in the grave. Three decapitated bodies belonged to two men and one to a woman from the Kurdish area of Jenderis in Efrin who had been kidnapped nearly four months ago by gangs linked to the ISIL.

A large number of people have been reported kidnapped by members of the ISIL in and around the city of Efrin and there are no news about their fate.
