Masoud Barzani, President of Kurdistan region have met on Monday with the political parties in Kurdistan to discuss developments and political situation in Iraq and the region.



A statement issued after the meeting, confirming the unity of Kurdish political parties and Kurdish desire to resolve the problems with Baghdad through dialogue and constitution.

The meeting was held to discuss the current situation in Iraq in general and Kurdistan Region in particular.

The meeting was attended by a number of members of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) , and secretaries of a number of parties and political parties, as well as the Islamic Union and the Islamic Group.
