The Kurdistan Region's Tourism Board announced that some of the 53 tourism places and resorts have been designed, adding that $1m were allocated for Gali Ali Bag waterfall.

bexal, hawinahawari bexal, gashtuguzarHead of the board Mawlawi Jabar said Bekhal and some tourism areas face becoming too dirty. Efforts are however ongoing to solve this problem.

Jabar added: "We agreed with two Lebanese and Austrian companies specialized in tourism to design all tourism areas in the region."

Bekhal Resort is one of the areas that were designed. Some 53 other places will have new designs soon. Some of the designs have already been completed.
