Iranian driver arrested for carrying illegal drugs
The tanker drivers who transfer fuel at the Parwezkhan crossing border have been strictly inspected as illegal drug trade has been noticeably perceived over the past period.
The Iranian fuel tanker driver initialed (B.A.P) tried yesterday night to bring some 9.5 Kilograms of drugs he hid inside his vehicle into Kurdistan region, Lt. Osman AbdulKarim head of Garmiyan security media and relations told PUKmedia.
The driver was charged with article 14 of illegal drugs by investigative judge.
The illegal drug trade is a global black market, dedicated to cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and sale of drugs, which are subject to drug prohibition laws. Most jurisdictions prohibit trade, except under license, of many types of drugs bydrug prohibition laws.
