Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani on Monday, July 16, received Mrs Arlene Foster, Northern Ireland’s Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Investment.
During the meeting, Mrs Foster expressed her happiness in visiting Kurdistan Region for the second time. She said that the aim of her visit is to sign an agreement on a common understanding between the Northern Ireland and the Kurdistan Region, to serve the interest of both sides.

President Barzani , for his part, urged Mrs Foster to encourage the Irish companies to come and contribute in the reconstruction of Kurdistan Region.
