A delegation of investors and business people from Qatar will visit the Kurdistan Region in the next few days, said the head of the region's Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Dara Jalil Khayat said: The chambers officially invited Qatar majors to visit the region to look for work opportunities and meet with the region's investors.

"The purpose of the visit is to convince Qatari companies to participate in the region more than what they do now because Qatari companies have experience and we can benefit from their participation."

Head of relations at the chambers Azad Ahmed said the Qatari companies that are set to visit the region have worked in the oil, industry, tourism, electricity and construction sectors.
