38 detainees who were covered by the general amnesty law were released today , from the Zarga prison in Duhok province, Kurdistan Region. The implementation of the law was started yesterday and will last for another 4 day , Pishro Muhammad Hassan Manager of Zarga prison told PUKmedia.
Other detainees will be released in next few days, he added.
