Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki accuses Turkey on Friday of being a hostile country to Iraq as it is leading the country to a sectarian civil war.

Iraqi PM official website reads that the recent statement by Turkish PM paves the way of interfering in Iraq’s affairs as it takes the shape of sectarian dimensions.

It damages the regional relations and that Turkey is going an enemy country, he said.

Earlier announced to the press, Turkish PM Receb Tayyip Erdogan warned Iraq over appearing once again sectarian conflicts, saying Turkey does not stay silence over the chaotic situation Iraqi PM has brought about amid the country amongst the ethnic groups, Shiite, Sunni and Kurds.
