President Masoud Barzani, a renowned Kurdish leader and President of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), received Mr. Mahmoud Al-Mashhadani, the Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, on Wednesday at the Salahaddin Resort.
