The Media Office of the 1st Support Forces Command announced on Friday the successful completion of the sixth basic artillery officers course. The graduation ceremony, held under the supervision of Lieutenant General Sihad Barzani, Commander of the 1st Support Forces Command, marked a significant milestone in advancing the capabilities of the Peshmerga forces.

The event, attended by senior officials from the Ministry of Peshmerga, commanders from the 80th Forces, and representatives of international coalition partners, showcased the continued efforts to enhance the defense infrastructure of the Kurdistan Region.

A highlight of the ceremony was a live demonstration of heavy weapons operations, performed by the graduating officers, underscoring the practical skills and advanced training they have acquired during the course.

The 1st Support Forces Command has been pivotal in modernizing the Peshmerga forces through specialized training programs that adhere to high military standards.
