The Russian and American presidents will meet in Geneva, on Wednesday, to discuss a number of issues of cooperation between the two countries.

It is planned that the two presidents will discuss various topics such as ensuring strategic security, the “Corona” pandemic, combating cybercrime, economic cooperation, climate, the Arctic, and international issues such as Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, Nagorno-Karabakh, Ukraine and Belarus, according to the Sputnik agency, the Russian news agency.

The US President, Joe Biden, had suggested in a telephone conversation with Putin that a meeting be held on neutral ground.

The discussions of the Russian-American summit will take place in Villa “La Grange” in Geneva, and will last about five hours, while the Kremlin stated that unprecedented measures are being taken to ensure security and safety, against the background of the “Corona” pandemic.

The Kremlin had announced that the negotiations would take place in three sections, a small section and two expanded sections, with time for a break.
