Arabization Continues in Kirkuk: Official
ERBIL - The governor of Kirkuk province, who was appointed by Baghdad last year, has issued a decree to force a number of Kurdish family to evacuate an area where they have been for years, a Kurdish official said.

Kawa Ahmad , the director of Kurdistan Democratic Party’s (KDP) branch in Kirkuk told BasNews that Governor Rakan al-Jabouri has ordered the Kurdish families living around the Kirkuk Technical Institute to leave the area.

Concerning the governor's decree to dismiss the Kurdish public organizations from Kirkuk, the Kurdish official noted that it is part of the arabization in the city under the pretext of lack of authorization from the federal government.
