Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani on Monday , in Saladin Resort , received Hakkari Governor Muammer Turker and his accompanying delegation along with Turkish Consul General in Erbil.

At the meeting, they discussed opening of 2 border crossings between Hakkari province and the provinces of Erbil and Duhok.

President Barzani , for his part, expressed his readiness to support opening of crossing borders which will serve development of economic , social and trade relations between the region , Iraq and Turkey.
