Colonel Sherzad Mofry protection facilities Police chief in Kirkuk, told PUKmedia that a sticky bomb explosion on Tuesday evening , targeted the car of the Head of the Red Crescent Organization office in Wahid Huzairan neighborhood in the City of Kirkuk.

Yaaqub Yusuf Lazm was seriously wounded in the explosion which also led to significant material damages to his car, Mofry added.
